ORDER REQUIREMENTS

All orders will require that your shipping and billing address match.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5PM EST will be processed on the next business day. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are shipped 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.

US Orders - Customers will generally receive their order within 4-7 business days.

International Orders - We currently only ship orders to destinations within the United States.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Hair Extensions and Lash Extensions are FINAL SALE items. Hair and Eyelash Extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn.

For all other products, there is a 7 day return policy. A full refund will be issued for products returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in the orignal packaging. The product must be unopened and unused to receive a full refund. After 7 days, store credit will be issued and must be used within 90 days from the date of delivery.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages. All packages are shipped via USPS. You can view the timeline of your package at www.usps.com.
